Fordyce spots on lips
Asked for Male, 20 Years
I have white coloured dotted spots on my upper lip. On the boundary of the upper lip and also in the center of the upper lips. I have these from about an year now and they grow more in number everyday. Are they Fordyce spots? If yes i know they are not harmful but they look really bad. Pics attached. Suggestions?

Yes it is fordyce spots or ectopic glands which are benign in nature. They are known to regress in days to come.
